  • non-disclosure and non-competition agreements (NDA and NCA)

    If necessary, we will send you a non-disclosure and non-competition agreement even before you start the test translation which you will need to sign. If the test translation is not sensitive content, you only need to sign the NDA and NCA as part of the framework contract after a successful test.

  • translator portal

    We work with hundreds of translators, so we manage our subcontractors' data on our translation portal. When we start working together we will send you an email inviting you to your own page on the portal. Once you have logged in, you can check your information that we have collected, and you can add to it or edit it. Here you will be able to upload your invoices and indicate your availability.   • contract

    At the beginning of our cooperation, we will send you our framework agreement by email and you will need to sign it electronically. Please study it carefully, because we will mutually have to abide by its word and spirit throughout our cooperation, and even beyond. Please note that our enterprise customers have very strict contracts with us, and we are responsible for ensuring that our subcontractors work under the same strict conditions as espell itself. After signing the agreement, you will receive a copy via e-mail.

  • invoicing

    At the beginning of our cooperation, we will request and verify your individual or company data, which will be uploaded to your translator portal page. You can invoice each job as of the third working day after your delivery deadline indicated in the work order. It’s up to you to invoice jobs one by one or all together at the end of the month. You need to upload your invoices to the portal with the exact information on the Purchase Order (PO). If a job is not yet set to invoiceable by the third working day after your submission deadline, please ask the PM to advise. Our payment term is 30 working days and we pride ourselves in always paying exactly on time.

  • data changes

    If any information stored on your translation portal page (contact details, business details, etc.) has changed or you have added a new service, please let the BPM team know.
