Most of our projects are done in memoQ, on espell's own server. We will provide access to the server for the duration of your projects, so you will not have to buy your own license. The login credentials will be sent to you by the PMs.

The CAT tool to be used for the project will be indicated when we first contact you with the job offer and confirmed by the PMs in the work order. Always work in the CAT tool in which the work is launched. If for some reason this is not possible, please get back to the PM immediately, ideally when we first contact you, but at the latest when the problem arises so we can help you. Please absolutely never export a task from the CAT tool in which we launched the project.

The PMs' working hours are from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Central European Time, and the evening PM is on-call until 7:30 pm CET.

During working hours, we’ll do our best to answer your emails within an hour, but if you have an urgent question, please pick up the phone and call your PM at the mobile number in their email signature.

On Hungarian national holidays, we are on-call, which means fewer PMs are available. This can increase our response time, but there are always a few PMs working to monitor incoming emails. They may not know the details of your specific project, but they will do their best to help.

During international holidays (e.g. Christmas and Easter) espell will not operate.

We will always inform you in time about holiday shutdowns and reduced capacity, and you will also see an addendum to our email signatures about this.

In addition to ISO 17100 certification for translation services, espell is also ISO 27001 certified for information security. Therefore, we may contact you with various quality assurance or information security related questions.
