At espell, there are two project management teams, one for translations and one for localization. They are responsible for the entire workflow from project design to delivery. Most of our clients have a dedicated PM, so jobs from the same client are usually handled by the same PMs. PMs correspond from shared email addresses so that they can replace each other if necessary; please make sure you use these email addresses too:

When communicating with PMs and on individual projects, it is important to always reply the previous mail so that the entire correspondence is retained in the mail thread. It is important that the subject of the email should always remain the project code (the format of the codes are: XYZ_123 or XYZ_1234).

You will receive your work from the PMs. You will also have to submit the completed material to them, and you can contact them with any project-related requests or questions while you are working.

Our BPM team is responsible for selecting, onboarding, monitoring and evaluating the performance of freelance translators, proofreaders, interpreters, copywriters, other language professionals and subcontracted language services companies. We also work from a shared email address: helloespell@espell.com
