projekt workflow

  • contact

When we receive a job that we want to assign to you, our PMs will contact you by email or phone. They will let you know the details of the assignment and send you the translatable so you can have a look. We’re always happy if you take the job, but feel free to say no too. If you're not sure whether you can do the job really well, or if you feel the deadline is too tight, just let us know, there’s no harm done. We won’t stop working with you for saying no to jobs. On the other hand, submitting less then great quality is a much more serious problem for us.

  • work order

Once you have taken on a job, our PMs will send you a work order by email, describing in detail everything you need to know. They will also attach the purchase order (PO) for the job. Always read the work order carefully, especially the instructions, and confirm it in a reply e-mail as soon as possible. By doing this our work order will be considered accepted.

  • while working

If you have any questions about technology, source texts or communication, please write to the PMs, they will be happy to help you.

  • delivery

Before delivering your work, please make absolutely sure that you have followed all the instructions in the work order. Please pay close attention to this, because if anything is left out or done differently without prior agreement with the PM, your delivery will be considered incomplete or faulty. After delivery, the PMs will confirm that they have received your work. If you don't hear from us after delivery, please get in touch with the PM. It's important to know that we may still have questions in connection with the project after you have delivered it.

  • feedback

You can get feedback the from BPMs at the beginning of our cooperation, and more from the PMs later on. If you don't hear back from us but you would like some feedback, please write to the PM.
